Does anyone know if the software downloads from www.elliottician.software.informer.com include execution files to launch the software once downloaded? Seems like a waste if there are no execution files too.

I have checked the linked page, but as you can see, there is no download link or package attached to which means it's impossible to download the aforementioned software. You will have to get in touch with customer care in order to obtain the software or information about the software. There is no other way.
